For sale is this massive collection of Broadway memorabilia, featuring 153

from 1951 to a couple of months ago, and 30
Stagebills
. In addition to the
Playbills

Stagebills
, there are a dozen publications from NJPAC, five from Tanglewood, a couple from the American Shakespeare Festival Theatre in Stratford, CT (mid-1960's) and Radio City Music Hall, and one each from the the Playhouse at the Mall, The Whole Theatre Company and the Paper Mill Playhouse in NJ, the Circle Repertory Theater, the New York City Theatre Company, the 92nd Street Y, and one
Showbill
from the Astor Place Theatre. And,
Chicago, The Musical,
had its own publication printed! What's more, 98 of the magazines contain one or more tickets, or partial tickets, from a performance!!
There are 212 publications in total, and the box containing them weighs 38 lbs.
The
Playbills
from 1951 (
South Pacific
) and 1953 (
Picnic
) are in poor to fair condition, as is the
Playbill
from
Promises Promises
. Several of the others have a front cover that is bent or creased a little. The other 200 or so are in generally good condition.
