    Description

    Antique Cast Iron Renaissance Floor Grate Vent from the 1880s
    This antique floor grate features a renaissance-style design. The frontplate measures at 11 3/4 in (L) x 9 3/4 in (W) and the backplate (the part that goes into the floor) measures at 10 in (L) x 8 in (W) x 2 in (D). Engraved in the back there are two patented dates- December 22, 1885 and August 3, 1888. Grate opens and closes well. In moderate condition- w
