    This is a rare German souvenir program from the
    second European Tour of the GEORGE GERSHWIN, IRA GERSHWIN and DU BOSE HEYWARD American Folk Opera "PORGY AND BESS". (The first European tour began October 9th, 1952 at London's Stoll Theatre and after five months of performances throughout Europe, the production returned to New York's Ziegfeld Theatre on March 10th, 1953 for 305 performances.
