    This is a beautiful December 2nd, 1929 program (playbill) with an original ticket stub from the Original Broadway production of the JEROME KERN and OSCAR HAMMERSTEIN II musical comedy "SWEET ADELINE" at Hammerstein's Theatre in New York City. (The production opened September 3rd, 1929 and ran for 234 performances.) ..... The musical starred HELEN MORGAN, who introduced the standard "Why Was I Born?" and featured VIOLET CARLSON, ROBERT C.
