This is a rare October 23rd, 1943 issue of the Metropolitan "HOST" magazine, the Weekly Guide to New York City. This issue featured JOAN BLONDELL (shown in the cover photo) who was returning to the Broadway stage in the new GYPSY ROSE LEE comedy "THE NAKED GENIUS" at the Plymouth Theatre in New York City. (The production opened October 21st, 1943 and closed after only 36 performances.) ..... CONDITION: With the exception of moderate creasing, a few small surface marks and light soiling to the cover, this rare publication is in very good condition and will make a wonderful addition to any musical theatre collection.
