This is a rare program (playbill) from the Off-Broadway production of the BILLY BARNES and BOB RODGERS musical revue "THE BILLY BARNES REVUE" at the Carnegie Hall Playhouse in New York City. (The production first opened October 15th, 1958 at the Las Palmas Theatre in Los Angeles and played eight months before opening June 9th, 1959 at New York's Off-Broadway York Playhouse where it ran for 64 performances. The show transferred on August 4th, 1959 to the John Golden Theatre and moved to the Lyceum Theatre on September 28th, 1959 for the final three weeks of the 87 performance Broadway run. After making a number of cast changes, the show moved to the Off-Broadway Carnegie Hall Playhouse on October 20th, 1959 for an additional 48 performances.) .....
