This is a rare April 21st, 1961 playbill from the three-night engagement of the JOSEPH STEIN, WILL GLICKMAN and ALBERT HAGUE musical comedy "PLAIN AND FANCY" at the Hofstra College Playhouse in Hempstead, New York. (The Original Broadway production opened January 27th, 1955 at the Mark Hellinger Theatre in New York City and ran for 461 performances.) ..... The cast of the college production included MADELINE KAHN, who would make her Broadway debut seven years later in
