    This is a rare program (playbill) from the week of August 31st, 1924 for the vaudeville bill at the historic B.F. KEITH'S PALACE THEATRE in Cleveland, Ohio ..... On this week's bill for the first time in Cleveland were BERT LAHR (three years before he would make his Broadway debut) and his partner MERCEDES DELPINO (who five years later would become Mrs. Lahr) in "What's the Idea?". Others on the bill included JOHANNES JOSEFSSON in his latest offering "The Pioneers"; Golden Haired Nightingale MARGARET McKEE "The California Mocking Bird"; Direct from Los Angeles HATTISON JONES and ELSIE ELLIOTT assisted by Hal Fisher's Orchestra in a Different Song and Dance Offering; JOSEPH SANTLEY presents "THE LITTLE REVUE" his Latest Production with JAY DILLON and BETTY PARKER assisted by WILLIAM CLIFTON, JEAN LaMARR, CAROL GOODNER, CHARLES E. DETAILS: The 36 page playbill measures 5 1/4" X 7 1/2" inches and includes beautiful cover graphics, production credits, list of entertainers, schedule of upcoming attractions and wonderful vintage advertising, but no photos or bios of any of the current entertainers ..... CONDITION: With the exception of a small tear in the outside edge of the back cover, this playbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
