RARE COCA COLA PIECE!
We are offering for sale a  RARE antique wood Coca Cola Bottling Works Inc. Harrisburg Pa. railroad shipping crate.. Exact age unknown but appears early 1900.. Fresh estate find from an avid early Coca Cola collector here in Pennsylvania.. This RARE shipping crate was manufactured for transporting the early small glass Coca Cola bottles via the railroad.. Measures approx. 9 3/8"  high (not including top bars and latch) x 25 3/4" wide x 18" deep..
GREAT GRAPHICS & CONDITION
The Coca Cola wood shipping crate is solid and hefty with wonderful original finish, patina and oxidation.. FANTASTIC original bold graphics.. Metal lid latch is functional.. Lid hinges unique.. Inside is sectioned for the bottles so they are secure during shipping.. Note the mortise craftsmanship in the wood sections.. See pics for details.. Thanks for looking..
CONDITION::
Overall  very good used antique condition for age and rarity.. Shows some appropriate use wear, distressing, markings, oxidation and age..  Solid and sturdy.. Lid and unusual latch functional.. Old wood age crack by hinge - solid integrity..  There is a minor wood chip on bottom corner - see in pic.. Inside back top sectional has some old mouse chews - adds character..  Selling as found..
