    This is a rare signed contract extension issued by Warner Bros. Pictures following the closing of the
    HAROLD KARR, MATT DUBEY and FELICE BAUER musical flop "WE TAKE THE TOWN" which starred ROBERT PRESTON. (The show opened February 19th, 1962 at the Shubert Theatre in New Haven, Connecticut and closed March 17th, 1962 at the Shubert Theatre in Philadelphia, canceling the scheduled Broadway opening.) ..... CONDITION: With the exception of the number "6" written in the top left corner and minor edge wear, this rare contract is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
