This is a rare advertising handbill (flyer) promoting the Post-Broadway engagement of the RICHARD RODGERS and LORENZ HART musical comedy "PAL JOEY" at the Grand Opera House in Chicago, Illinois. (The production opened December 25th, 1940 at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre in New York City and ran for 374 performances before going on the road.) ..... The musical starred VIVIENNE SEGAL as "Vera Simpson" and GEORGE TAPPS as "Joey Evans" and featured DAVID BURNS, VIVIENNE ALLEN, ANN BLAIR, MILDRED TODD, SHIRLEY PAIGE, AVERELL HARRIS, JOHN CLARKE and JAMES LANE .....
