This is a rare June 19th, 1950 playbill from the Summer Stock engagement of the GARSON KANIN comedy "BORN YESTERDAY" at the McCarter Summer Theatre in Princeton, New Jersey. (The Original Broadway production opened February 4th, 1946 at the Lyceum Theatre in New York City and ran for 1642 performances.) ..... The play starred SHELLEY WINTERS (shown in the cover photo) as "Billie Dawn", the role created on Broadway by JUDY HOLLIDAY and featured BETTY FROHLING, RICHARD ROBBINS, WILLIAM FORAN, HOWARD MILLER, JEROME STEVENS, JUDSON PRATT, WILLIAM H. ATKINS, RICHARD BOWLER, HENRY J. SIEGLE, LUCILLE FROHLING, RONALD TAYLOR, OWEN CALL, OLIVE TEMPLETON and CLAYTON FERREL ..... CONDITION: With the exception of light edge discoloration, tiny rust marks on the cover and edge wear to the top right corner, this rare playbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian.
