    Description

DESCRIPTION: This is a nice Vintage necklace with Handmade Gold washed tubular Brass beads.
This style dates to about 80 years ago, and is no longer being made.  The beads are handmade with what looks like very fine coiling on the main bead, and soldered raised linear dots/dashes then lightly plated with gold.  Some retain more gold than others, however the patina is wonderful.
Can be restrung (cord is too old) and worn as a necklace,  has a handmade clasp included, or taken apart for beads.
These beads are great to incorporate into Jewelry making projects and set your creations apart from the pack, for sure, being delicate, fascinating & unique Vintage components.  Hard to find these days!
NOTE:  Some beads that initially look like these have rough "punched" holes and are crudely made.  Look carefully at this style when shopping.  Thanks!
SIZE:  Length ~25.5" long including clasp.  Beads are ~15mm hole to hole (H-H) X~4mm wide, and a few smaller are ~8-10mm H-H X~4mm wide.
CONDITION: These are Vintage Beads and show expected wear and tear for their age and for having been worn, Traded, and Traveled. The finish is what I would describe as "matte gold", and some beads have green oxidation visible. However the beads look in overall nice shape to me.
Please use photos to help determine appearance and condition, and zoom in as needed.
