This is a rare single page advertising handbill (flyer) promoting ticket sales for the six-week, Kennedy Center revival of the Pulitzer Prize winning EUGENE O'NEILL play "LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT" at the Eisenhower Theatre in Washington, D.C. beginning December 16th, 1975. (The Original Broadway production opened November 7th, 1956 at the Helen Hayes Theatre in New York City and ran for 390 performances.) ..... The American Bicentennial Theatre Production starred JASON ROBARDS, ZOE CALDWELL, MICHAEL MORIARTY and WALTER McGINN and included LINDSAY CROUSE ..... CONDITION: With the exception of minor creasing at the top right corner, a fold across the middle and a small tear in the right edge, this rare flyer is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
